My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Recently, my ex-husband passed away suddenly leaving our 2 sons - one is 13 and the other is 11 and 2 dogs - Bella (an English bulldog) & Charlie (a Jack Russell mix).

Bella is a 9-year-old 60 lb. English Bulldog with a sweet demeanor and smile. She is good with kids, and tolerates most dogs. She does not, however, get along too well with cats (at least not yet). And she sometimes eats rocks.

My ex-husband was not, unfortunately, able to vet her often due to financial hardships, nor do I currently have access to any sort of medical information. I do know one hip was operated on, and the other needs some medical attention. I did have her groomed (3/28) and vetted (3/29). She is up-to-date on shots, heartworm negative, but in otherwise good health.

Our home is quiet small, and with 3 kids (2 of which are grieving the loss of their father), 2 cats and a dog, plus many stairs, we simply do not have room or resources to accommodate Bella, but want her to find a loving home.
