Meet Mustang Sally, 8 month old 13 lbs Purebred Shih Tzu surrendered by the breeder. Sally is quiet but her personally may shine thru and change. Sally does NOT know how to walk on a leash. She has NO medical issues. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her vaccines.
