Oscar is a precious and fun loving guy! He is new to our rescue, so we are still learning about his personality, and he is in need of a local doster in the DFW area.
He is UTD on vaccines, neutered, HW negative. Oscar loves other dogs and cats, though he will bark at first, until he gets to know them.
He has a lot of energy, so he would do well going on a walk each day!
