My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucky is a sweet, loving, quiet dog that loves to be loved, cuddled, pet, and and is a great walking companion. The vet said he is around 5 years or more. I adopted him from a local shelter and they informed me he was surrendered and came from horrible conditions. I planned for Lucky to be my canine companion for the long haul when I adopted him. However, my daughter had my first grand baby 4 months ago and they live with me. Turns out she is highly allergic to Lucky and has been sick for a little over a month.

My hope for Lucky is that he can go to his forever home where he is as loved as he is with us. He deserves a good home that he doesn't have to leave again. He doesn't ask for much, just love, cuddles, walks and to be comforted during a thunder storm. He has a little anxiety when these occur and will pant and pace a bit looking for reassurance, but will calm right down with some petting and loving words. He also needs to be brushed on a regular basis and enjoys this.
