My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Henry LOVES water and dog parks. He has done well with other dogs and loves the opportunity to run free. He also loves to go to the lake to swim and bark at the waves. He has a ton of energy since he is still really a puppy, but is very good on a leash. He has been to a few dog parks and done well with the other dogs.. Henry currently lives with another dog and cat and does well with them. He is good with children.

He has had one set of obedience classes and understands "sit", "down", "come", "place", "heel", and "leave it". He will need reinforcement and repetition for these commands to become permanent. .

Henry is protective of his home with visitors. He is comfortable with strangers outside of the home, but when confronted with them in the home, he becomes protective. He would do wonderfully in a home with a yard to run, and where he receives lots of love and attention. He really is a loving dog and loves to "swipe kisses".
