If ever a dog needed a forever home it is Markie! Markie is a 1 year old
male terrier/shepherd mix. He should be named Zorro with the black mask on his face! And look at those tiny ears - how cute is that! He has a black
and tan smooth coat and right now weighs only 35 pounds. But he really
needs to gain weight to fill out to about 45 pounds.
Markie has spent nearly half of his life at our local animal shelter. He was picked up by Animal Control, there about a month, adopted, picked up by Animal Control again, owner claimed him, picked up by AC again but this time owner did not claim him. Then was down there for nearly 4 more months till we pulled him out.
Markie is a very fun, social dog. He has lots of energy but he runs it
off and settles down very nicely. He loves to be with you! Markie is very
playful, likes playing with toys and enjoys walking on a leash. He seems to get along well with most submissive dogs

Adoption Donation: Unless otherwise stated in the pet's bio, our standard adoption fee is $250 which covers age appropriate vaccines (DHPP vax) and (Rabies vax if 12 weeks and older), utd on flea/tick prevention and heartworm prevention, spay or neuter of pet, worming, heartworm test @ age 6 months or older, microchip, fostering costs and health certificate.
