FROM NAOMI'S FOSTER PARENTS/DOG TRAINERS:
Sweet Naomi is estimated to be 4 – 5 yrs. old and she weighs a little over 40 lbs. She is now living with a trainer and here is what they have to say about her:
Naomi is a very sweet and loving dog that is nervous and cautious around new people and dogs and in new situations. When she first arrived, she was very nervous when we approached her and she just wanted to hide in the back of her kennel or flee to get away from us. It didn’t take long for her to start to warm up to us and the other dogs in the kennel. In less than a week we are petting her and getting kisses. She is learning to be a dog and she’s interested in what’s going on and excited to come out and go for her walks. She is already walking well on a leash and has gone for walks with other dogs. We’ve started working on some very basic training but we’re taking things slowly while her confidence grows. She is housebroken. With consistency and positive experience this girl will develop into a wonderful companion. Adoption fee 125.00
