Felix is ONLY available for adoption WITH Oscar. He and Oscar have been together since puppy-hood and are incredibly bonded.

Felix is a 14 year old Shih Tzu, with un-medicated Lupus. Felix has been checked by multiple vets and is as healthy as he can be for 14 years old. Lupus in dogs is not as complicated at it seems.
Felix is very healthy and up to date on prevention and has a lifetime microchip, but cannot receive vaccinations. He does have paperwork to indicate this.
Unlike Oscar, Felix prefers to hang out and sleep. He too, is ok with other dogs, cats and animals. He loves children! He is a very sweet and easily managed little man.
