Otto is a gorgeous 4 month old Rottie puppy that was transferred to a local shelter because he is so adorable. Otto was born with a congenital defect to his leg that sadly required the amputation of the leg. Otto recently had his surgery, is recovering nicely, and doing well on three legs. Otto is a sweet, engaging boy who has had experience with other dogs (his siblings primarily, Max and Elsa) and is well loved by the animal hospital staff.
