Meet Allie!!

Water is a must for this high energy, 3 year old hound mix. Cat friendly and crate trained, she would make a great companion for an active family who enjoys the outdoors.

Like most of the dogs rescued by LP, Allie was scheduled for euthanasia. With a few years of love, care, attention and rehabilitation, Allie is now happy, healthy, and ready for her own family.

Allie will tolerate some canine companionship, some she will not. She has a strong desire to have a family of her own and at times has exhibited jealousy towards other dogs. We feel it best that Allie be the only dog in the household, so she can soak up all the love they have to give.

She would make a great companion for a hiker or runner.
