Hugo is located in TEXAS. There are not enough homes for all the unwanted dogs down here, so he is willing to move north for a good loving forever home.

Hugo came from a backyard breeder who had way too many dogs (22) and the city told her that they had to go. Hugo is a Shih Tzu/Dachshund/Chihuahua mix around 7 months old and weighs 13 pounds. Hugo is a little shy of new people until he gets to know them, then he is very sweet, loving and friendly. He is a puppy and loves to play with toys and other small dogs. Hugo is crate trained, but needs more house training and obedience training. Hugo is small and must be protected from rough treatment by children or big dogs that can hurt him. He must also be protected from outdoor predators and large raptors that would consider him dinner. Hugo must be in the house as a loved member of the family. He must be walked on a leash would like a secure fenced yard to run and play.

Hugo is healthy. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. He is negative for heartworms and current on heartworm and flea preventative. Hugo has a $500.00 adoption fee that includes ground transport to Warren NJ, Allentown PA, or Nanuet NY.
