Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sweet little Frannie came into a local shelter along with several other Pomeranians seized from the same address. A quiet and gentle girl, very easy to handle, she was a favorite at the shelter. The single photo of Frannie in full Pomeranian coat was taken at the shelter before she was shaved down; the rest are of Frannie in her Dusty Paws foster home.
Although she looks like a little fox cub, Frannie is estimated to be between 7 and 9 years old. She is such a mellow dog, good with everyone. Lucky she is so tiny (5 lbs.), since her favorite places to be are in your lap or in your arms or her pouch being carried around. Once she gets to know you she is full of smiles and kisses.
Frannie can be a little skittish around other dogs, but has learned to be comfortable enough to sleep next to the larger dog in her foster home. House training is a work in progress and coming along.
Frannie has not had a normal home life in the past nor the medical attention she should have received. In her foster home she is enjoying the love and care she deserves and she will soon be ready for a permanent loving home. She is now spayed, vaccinated and micro-chipped and is scheduled for some dental work.
