Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cardy is an adorable, soft, friendly cat who needs a new guardian after her owner's death. She's experienced a lot of loss (human and 2 step-brothers) but she is still affectionate and lively and totally ready for her new person!
She's nimble and active, and likes to lounge in high places to survey the terrain. She's vocal when she needs to be, but not too chatty usually. She loves being brushed!
She seems to be about 10-13 years old. At a recent vet visit she was in great shape (but grouchy to be there).
She has excellent litter and grooming habits. Her coat is short, fine, and super soft, so she doesn't often have hairballs. But she has occasionally been known to drop a dry nugget in an obvious spot to express dissatisfaction or distress (middening).
Cardy has been in a household with as many as 2 dogs and 4 cats, so she's no stranger to being part of a crew. She wants to be the alpha cat, but has always found her place among the pride even without being in charge.
