JHey looks like Tramp from Lady and the Tramp. He's a happy dog, very playful. He is an owner surrender. Where did the name J-Hey come from? His previous owners are Chicago Cubs fans. Jason Heyward was a star the year the Cubs won the world series. So J-Hey it is. He has one bad habit. He will chase joggers or bike riders, so he needs a fenced in yard. Other than that, he's the perfect dog.
