ADOPTED!!! Meet Kieran, a 15 hand, approximately 11 years old, bay Trakehner. He was part of a group of 7 Trakehners impounded by the Department of Agriculture in the Carbondale, Illinois area.
Trakehners are known for their athleticism/performance and all 7 were adopted within two months. Kieran has training in jumping and dressage; he has won blue ribbons in lower level dressage! He would be fine for trail riding and shows. Kieran would do very well with an intermediate beginner to experienced rider.

Kieran is completely sound, leads, loads, is good for the farrier, loves attention and is looking for his forever home. He does well with other horses. He is up to date on shots and de-worming.
Kieran's adoption fee is $1,500 and is available for adoption in Illinois or within a 3-hour driving radius of Champaign County, Illinois.
