Here's what the humans have to say about me:
KHLOE is a 1.5-year-old spayed female chocolate lab. Khloe weighs 65 pounds and is up to date on shots. This dog is approved for homes with children ages 10 and up.
DESCRIPTION Khloe is an adorable chocolate female who has spent her time living mostly outside. She's now learning how good indoor life can be at her foster home and is getting along perfectly with the resident dogs. She is a typical energetic youngster, but is surprisingly well-behaved. She hasn't had any accidents and is sleeping soundly in her crate all night. She seems to know "sit" and "paw" at times when she isn't busy watching the action around her. Her toy of choice is a tennis ball and she shows some interest in retrieving. Some household noises seem to startle her and she's timid at thresholds. She will need an owner who is patient and willing to help her be a confident house companion.
This dog is available for adoption from Lab Rescue LRCP. Lab Rescue LRCP rescues and places dogs in Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and northeast North Carolina (30 miles east of I-95 and north of the Pamlico Sound.) Adopters must travel to Maryland, or Virginia with their family - human and canine - to meet the dog they want to adopt.
Lab Rescue LRCP has between 40 - 80 dogs available for adoption from foster homes across Maryland and Virginia, and at monthly adoption events. The adoption event dates and locations are listed at www.lab-rescue.org.
If you are interested in adopting, please visit www.lab-rescue.org and complete an adoption application. After you submit an application, you will hear from an Adoption Coordinator who will guide you through the adoption process.
