My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello. I'm Mahi-Mahi. I am approximately 5 years old and around 60 pounds. I arrived here as a stray. We believe I am a Lab, Pittie, Shar Pei thrown in there may, mix. I do need to gain a bit of weight but not much. I am a bit quirky with other dogs. It is recommended that if you are a loner type person and have no other dogs. Tend to not hang out with people with other dogs, I will be a great dog for you. I'm just a big, lovable lug! My tough guy look is just a front. I'm really just a big baby. At least I whine and cry for attention like a baby would! I do make some silly noises that make the volunteers here laugh! I enjoy walks and do well on a leash. I also sit and have manners. I met Ned, the resident cat. I have to say I do not think I should live with cats. I really feel it would not bode well for them. I have not been around small children, so toddlers may not be the best for me as I might knock them down, and I would feel badly about this. I would probably do better in a home were it is all adults. If you're looking for an older, lovable big boy, call soon so we can meet!
