Sam, unfortunately, comes from a sad story. He was in a home where the man of the house abused him and his wife. The wife had enough when the husband strangled Sam, then she turned him over. Sam is shy at first and is a little scared of men, but, within a short amount of time, he comes out of his shell. We strongly believe that within time, love and patience, he will forget all those bad memories. He is very social, loving and he loves to cuddle. He is great with dogs, cats, and children. He will need an active family with a decent sized yard as he will grow to be big. He is a lover and doesn't have an aggressive or dominant bone in his body. If you wish to adopt Sam, please fill out the online application. The application is required even for a meet. Thank you
