My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MEET MARVIN!

a calm, 11 lbs lightweight terrier mix who found himself in a high kill shelter in Bakersfield CA after his owner was evicted end of March and he- MARVIN- was separated from a person he at least knew.

In the shelter he was only a number and became soon very quiet and gave up. ADR.org is not sure if JOSH (who is posted as well) came from the same eviction case. JOSH is posted as well but both can be adopted together if a suitable home is found..

While we will never know what this little fellow went through fact was that we are finding him the best home ever.
He was terribly matted, and neglected on arrival but otherwise healthy. he will be neutered 4/26 while still in boarding and he will be thoroughly checked at a vet. Then Mr. MARVIN will come up to WA on a safe ground transport arriving in Burlington on May 4.

Unless things change JOSH and MARVIN will adjust and decompress at the home of the founder of ADR.org on Orcas island after arrival.
You are welcome to visit him there on appointment - or you meet him on arrival in Burlington to have a first glimpse of him.

Whoever will adopt Josh or Marvin will have a wonderful companion.
