My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Blanche Devereaux!

Meet the one and only Blanche Devereaux. This girl is truly golden! At age 10 this girl is happy, healthy and very mellow. She is a stunning fawn and white beauty weighing in at 60 lbs. Blanche was not treated well by a human but one would never know that because of her constant display of unconditional love.

Blanche likes to take short walks and has excellent leash manners. She also loves to nap on her blanket. Blanche will often lay her paw on her foster Mom’s hand which indicates her desire for a belly rub. She loves to lay outside in the sun and does well on car rides.

If you are looking for a well behaved Senior who is dog and cat friendly, potty and crate trained then look no further. Blanche Devereaux is the Golden Girl for you!

Blanche Devereaux's adoption fee is $150.00 and she is being fostered in Milwaukee, WI.

Our Thoughts on Visual Breed Identification
Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable. For most of our adoptable Cupids we are only guessing at the predominant breed or breed mix. We think it’s most important is to get to know each dog as an individual! We then do our best to describe each of our adoptable Cupids based on their personalities in order to determine whether they’ll make good companions based on prospective adopters’ lifestyles. Dog behavior is not exclusive to breed — it’s a complex mix of nature and nurture.
