Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lacey is a sweet, petite, and very affectionate cat. She loves to be petted, especially around the face and ears. She is very sociable and friendly with strangers. Everyone who meets her says how cute she is!
We adopted her from the shelter seven years ago, and she was already an adult cat. This means she is a senior, but she acts like a spry youngster - she's active and playful and purrs often. She likes to be close and sleeps near our pillows at night.
Our household has changed recently, and she is now home alone a great deal. She has become rather clingy in the little bit of time that we are at home with her. I think she'd be great in a family or a group home with kind and gentle individuals or with someone who is home often and can give her a lot of attention.
She does not like to share a litter box, so other cats might be a problem. My understanding is that the previous owners had a dog. Her front claws had been removed when we got her; she still has her back claws.
