Here's what the humans have to say about me:
What do you name a stray, female dog found wandering in a Sam’s Club parking lot? Answer: Samantha, or Sams for short! Sams is a petite, all-natural (including her tail!) purebred Doberman who was running loose for about 2 weeks before finally being caught. She must have been terrified and hungry as she was underweight, but that’s all changed now! This sweet and friendly girl, who is estimated to be about 5 years old, has a good amount of energy and also loves to give the Dober-lean to be petted. She is eager to please and maintains nice focus on her handler, walks well on a loose leash, and would make a great jogging partner. She responds well to basic commands, loves catching and fetching a ball, and is good with other polite dogs. Sams is a smart and affectionate puppy-like girl who is not bothered by cats and has been great with children in her foster home. She’s the perfect match for almost any home AND she rides well in the car. Will it be yours? Please complete an application at dprpa.org/applicationform if interested.
