Jessica came into a SC shelter from an animal neglect case. Jessica was found to be deaf when she was with our trainer in NC, and her foster parents here in VT have trained her on a vibration e-collar for additional communication. She is one pocket sized ball of brains and fun! Jessica knows all basic commands, and is crate and house trained. She loves to love and be loved and has eagerly been waiting for her forever home.
