Look at that adorable face!! 4 year old Truffles is as sweet as a girl could be! Truffles and 4 other dogs were abandoned in an old house after their mentally ill owner was taken to an assisted living. Volunteers were feeding them until we could get legal permission from owner's family to bring them into rescue. The day before thanksgiving they went to feed and one of the dogs was lifeless but breathing. After several days in critical care, he passed. Inspectors went into the house and determined that it was carbon monoxide so the house has been condemned and after a long battle the dogs have been released to us, Now it is our mission to find the 4 survivors safe and loving homes. Truffles weighs about 28 lbs now but should come down to 25. She is spayed, UTD on all shots, HW tested negative and microchipped. Truffles would make the perfect new family member for anyone that wants a sweet, easy going snuggler and walking buddy. and she loves belly rubs!
