My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

What better way to start the new year then with a new family member! Houston, like her siblings Dallas and Maui, is a 14-week old lab hound mix looking to start off 2019 with her forever family. She weighs around 18 lbs. and will continue to grow as she gets older.

Houston previously lived with a family that had other dogs and kids, however, her previous family no longer wanted her and her siblings. Her new ideal forever family would be one that will give her lots of love and attention. As with every puppy, she will require lots of exercise and will need to be trained. Currently, she is not house-, crate-, or leash-trained. However, with patience and work, she will be an obedient, but playful puppy in no time. Aside from being trained, Houston would love a family who teaches her how to play games like fetch and tug-a-war.

As with all puppies, Houston is full of curiosity and wonderment, and is ready to grow from adorable puppy to amazing dog with the right guidance and patience. She will need a home with someone who has the time, desire and energy to train and socialize her so that she can become the perfect lifelong companion.

Houston is patiently waiting to meet her forever family!
