Meet the sweetest girl ever to be rescued out of the south- Miss Jewell! Jewell is only 8 months and nearly full grown. She needs to put some weight on still, but will always be on the nicely smaller side at max 35lbs. Brindle beauty Jewell was rescued by her foster mom Jillian of Training To The Rescue in Duluth. It was her last day so we saved her and are so glad we did! It will be a very lucky family to have this sweetest and mellow baby as their next great family member! Jewell is super friendly, very laid back and just the sweetest girl ever. She LOVES all people and every dog she meets too. Jewell is super affectionate and has moderate exercise requirements. Jewell would love a walk each day, but don’t be surprised if she also loves to stop and visit with everyone she meets along the way. Jewell is working on her basic commands with Jillian and will need your help following through on her leash pulling work. Jewell would love a nice quiet home where she can be your best buddy and awesome companion. She’d love another dog in the household to boost her confidence- but would be happy with play dates too. Jewell would like older kids to play with or snuggle with and who gave great belly rubs too! Jewell is spayed, vaccinated and micro-chipped. She is crate trained and house trained and gets along well with Jillian’s cat as well as her other foster siblings. She is calm and quiet in the house and would be fine in an urban environment too. Her adoption fee is $300 and she’ll be available to meet right after arriving.
