My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Do you have a soft spot for seniors? Have we got the one for you! Professor Pugglesworth came back to rescue after his adopter went into a nursing home. He's an easy going older gentleman (10-11 years old) who loves his treats, going for walks and sleeping. He's a bit hard of hearing but that in itself has super positives in that he won't bark when the doorbell rings, or during get upset at fireworks. Super easy dog, a wonderful little companion. He's used to being an only dog but may be fine with an older and mellower dog. If you can provide a nice retirement home for this little guy, please visit thankdogrescue.org/adopt to read about our adoption process and apply online.

If you're not ready to commit to adoption, we are still searching for a new FOSTER home. Please fill out an application at thankdogrescue.org/foster.

We rarely adopt out of state and will consider NY, NJ, MA, RI only for our harder to place pups (those who have been in rescue for a while with zero or no interest).
