Cheshie was a friendly stray cat who showed up in someone's mud room in Bedford Stuyvesant this past winter. She's definitely not cut out for the wandering stray lifestyle! She's a friendly, pretty gal who is very oriented to humans and a little suspicious of other cats. It's unclear if she would overcome that in a permanent household. It could be worth a try. She was under a lot of stress at the time. Meanwhile, so many people ask us for cats who would do well as only pets that we're sure her one and only is out there! Is it you?
