Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Phantom is such a sweet boy, just looking for a quiet home to hang out. He has been returned 4 times through no fault of his own, (first time owner divorced, remarried and new baby was allergic; second time special needs person moved away and Phantom would never have done well on a long trip to the new home; 3rd time, resident cat would have none of a new room mate; 4th time, the child who wanted a cat did not bond with him .... This poor guy is just looking for someone to give him a chance and make a commitment to him for the rest of his life. He causes no problems, just wants to chill. We just feel so bad for him!!
