Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I got Frankie when he was just a puppy, around 4 months. We immediately had him neutered, microchiped, and had his vaccines.
Since then, he has been kept up to date on all vaccines and heart worm preventative. Early on, Frankie showed signs of food aggression. Which was understandable, he came from a home that several children of different ages. We were able to train the food aggression out of him for the most part. He has been a great dog for us. He loves to just sit and cuddle with us. He is fairly low maintenance - rarely requiring more than a bath. However, recently he has become aggressive with our young children. He has not bitten them, but he frequently lunges, barks, and growls at them. He is a great dog, but he needs to be in a home with no other dogs (or only dachshunds as he does great with other doxie's) and no small children. I have never had him around cats, but I don't think he would do well with them. He is house trained, kennel trained, and leash trained.
