Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We got a call from a man that said his sister left the country and abandoned her dog and 2 puppies with him. He had terrible allergies to her and asked for help to take her and the 2 puppies. When we got her they had saved her down which we were not happy about as you don't do that to a husky. She had been living outside in a pen with her 2 puppies. When we got everyone vetted we found out poor Mishka was heartworm positive. Her puppies found homes right away and we set to work on getting Mishka healthy again. Her foster mum has had her almost a year as we did the slow kill with her being a high energy dog. Mishka is now heartworm negative. Mishka was very timid and skiddish when we first got her and her foster mum has worked very hard with her on socializing her around people. She is a beautiful pure white and blue eyed girl. We would love to see her in a home with another dog and a fenced in yard is a must. Please do your homework on this breed of dog as they are work. They are high energy, escape artists and stubborn. Mishka is also very scared of storms. Her foster mum has said she loves to play ball. We have not had her around cats so are not sure how she would be.
