My story

Sienna is an exuberant young girl! She's full of enthusiasm and energy and she loves treats, and toys, and walks, and playing in the river, and most of all, she loves her people. Sienna has not had much stability in her short life, and she would definitely benefit from a consistent structure to her life as well as some basic training. Sienna has so much potential to be a solid, comforting presence in her person's life, and to bring them joy and laughter with her antics.

Additional adoption info

Many of our rescued dogs have a history of behavior issues and were in danger of being killed for behavior in a pound or shelter. We take the time to evaluate and provide any needed training before adopting out our dogs, and we're looking for safe, loving homes.

More about this rescue

Our group of volunteers and advocates save rehabilitatable and manageable dogs in danger of being killed at Austin, TX area shelters. By saving the "Final Frontier Dogs"--the 1-2% still being killed--we can help develop best practices for the nation's shelters.
