Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Luna! She is a 5 ½-month-old, 28lbs, Lab mix puppy. Luna was found walking all alone on I-65. Luckily for Luna she was discovered and rescued changing the course of her life. A sweet and loving puppy that plays well with other dogs and has been around cats. Luna is housebroken and has learned to ring a bell when she has to go potty. She has adjusted using a crate and sleeps in one currently at night. Learning some basic cues like sit, stay, kennel up, leave it and down. She is super friendly, enjoys the water, plays tug of war and romping around with her foster fur sibling of 15 pounds. She rides great in a car and not at all a barker, but does require more leash training and obedience is a must for any puppy her age. Luna is treat motivated, very intelligent so she quickly learns. Luna would require a home that has time to spend with this awesome gal, a big fenced in yard to play in and she would love a fur sibling to play with, but would do fine as an only dog too. Luna has been around kids and loves all people, but is a little mouthy so best to be around older children that understands and respects dogs. If you are interested in Luna please go to our website to complete the online pre-adoption application http://www.southernskiesrescue.org Luna is fully medically vetted; spayed, up-to-date and on prevention plus microchipped.
