Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We have recently found that this little guy has megaesophagus. Just a few years ago this was a death sentence for dogs. A wonderful family refused to give up on their beloved family pet and created a special chair called the Bailey chair. It allows him to eat sitting up and he will be able to live a normal life with the help of the chair and the right family. We are sure this is why the adorable little fella was given to the shelter!
This little man was given to someone as a gift that did not want a puppy. As a result, they took him to a rural high kill shelter. Thankfully, we were pulling some dogs out of there (southern shelters kill for space and if they are full owner surrenders are often dead before you get out of the parking lot) and we took this little one with us. He loves to cuddle and play!
