Casper is social, outgoing, loving and oh so adorable! He is a happy, go lucky fella looking for a home to call his own. Casper gets along great with other dogs but he LOVES humans. He happy to lay in your lap or even to be carried around. Snuggle time is one of his favorite activities. He does have excellent leash manners and is a well mannered little man out of walks.

Casper is a spry guy who needs daily long walks around the neighborhood. His gregarious personality is bound to make you some new friends along the way. Casper is happy to accept any pets, hugs and belly rubs.
