Meet Gomez!
FHDR rescued Gomez and his siblings from a high kills shelter in NC and they are now living in foster homes in NJ. The puppies are about 12-14 weeks old and they were owner surrendered because of the owner’s poor health. The owner told the shelter their mom is AKC Belgain Malinois and the guess is their dad is some type of a mix, maybe lab mix. This handsome fellow has a shinny black coat with white under his chin, tips of paws and on his chest. He currently weighs 17-18 pounds.
Gomez’s foster mom says…..”Gomez is super sweet ! He enjoys hanging out with people, children and other dogs. This affection puppy likes to cuddle and sit on your lap and give you puppy kisses. He will just jump up onto my lap, put his paws around my neck and lick my face. It is so cute!! Gomez sleeps through the night without having accidents and he is house trained. He knows to ring the bell when he needs to go out. Playing with rope toys is fun for him as well as playing in the yard! And, Gomez adores belly rubs!”
