*** ADOPTION PENDING *** Looking for a darling little doll to spice up your life? Daphne aka Miss Congeniality is a 6-8-month 15 lb Chihuahua mix who will be sure to draw a crowd when you are out and about with her big, happy smile and pretty tan coat with white markings. She happily greets every dog and person she meets with enthusiastic tail wags, and she loves to stand up and do joyful pirouettes.
Daphne is a playful and nimble puppy who loves toys and adores being with her people. She is tempted to playfully chase the cats in her foster home occasionally, so she would do best in a home with no cats (or dog savvy cats). This pint-sized sweetie gets along beautifully with the other dogs in her foster home.
This outgoing little love is looking for a forever home who will love her silly and sweet sides.

Our dogs are in foster care and we do NOT have a shelter or boarding facility. AN APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL AND APPROVED BEFORE A DOG CAN BE MET. This is a firm policy, and our busy volunteers are not able to respond to questions about the dog or dog meeting requests in the absence of an application. We know these dogs very well because they are in foster care, so please read the profiles of the dog(s) you are interested prior to submitting. If there are specific requirements stated (ie: Fenced Yard or Canine Friend Required) these are included because they are vital to the happiness, health and safety of that dog.
We are only able to save as many dogs as we have foster homes (https://anewchancear.org/foster/faqs/) and resources for. We provide medical care including vaccinations, testing, deworming, spaying/neutering, and microchipping before transporting our dogs. Then, we provide all supplies, preventatives and any follow up vet care necessary while they are in foster care. These costs are high and the number of lives we can save is entirely dependent upon donations from people like you. We do not receive funding from private foundations or government sources, so if you can find room in your heart to help us, with any amount, we are truly grateful (https://anewchancear.org/help/donate/).
