No telling what Lottie's short life was before, but here is how her story begins for us: Mama dog chained to a stop sign with puppies running around the intersection. You can imagine the terror she was going through! Next chapter: rescued by a good Samaritan that wants us to help... Shelter steps in, rescues all. Lottie comes in afraid of her own shadow-who can blame her? Three weeks later: After us winning her trust, Lottie has now won the love and trust of all of our volunteers. Next chapter? Up to you!
As we say at the shelter, Lottie has a lot of love!
