Excellent with dogs, children and ignores cats
Prances with the most adorable bob tail, our Ms Dovey is calm, sweet and listens! When she went in the tax office with her foster mom she became an instant celebrity. Her manners impeccable! She walked up to people so gracefully. All the people in the office were impressed! And so was her foster mom! After that Dovey went to the Post Office. People were gathering asking if they could pet her. Dovey has that kind of attraction where people feel drawn to her. Dovey is quiet . She will yodel when her dog walker arrives. She is respectful. She is not at all destructive nor demanding. Dovey is a humble, respectful and elegant lady!
We rescued Dovey from a high-kill shelter on her last day. This particular shelter euthanizes every week. The shelter staff all adored Dovey and worked hard to get her rescued. When Dovey arrived and every day since we marvel at how lucky we are to have Dovey with us.
We do not deprive our dogs of the nutrition they need for a long and healthy life. We rotate manufacturers because there is not one reason to feed a dog the same food over and over. Dogs need and crave variety. Our dogs are fed corn-free foods, soaked over night in water, raw eggs and raw beef atop their kibble for breakfast and fresh vegetables as a bedtime snack after their dinner.
