My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ASHLING and BELLA are two mature Ragdoll cats who now find themselves looking for a new home. They came to the shelter because their owner is moving to a place where cats are not allowed. How sad that this situation keeps occurring. They are not particularly large cats, but both are endowed with an abundance of long fluffy fur. Their personalities, like their colorings, are quite different.

ASHLING is pure black, about nine years old, and she is the “boss”. She can be a little feisty, but is OK with being picked up and handled. She is not crazy about other cats, except for Bella. She is the explorer, ready to check out anything new.

BELLA is a blue-point kitty, cream-colored with brown/gray points, and white paws and blaze. She is about twelve years old, extremely docile and sweet, and loves to be cuddled. She would love to have a lap to call her own.

Each likes to have her own space, especially Ashling. They have lived together all their lives, probably, so we would like to keep them together. They will need regular grooming to keep their fur soft and smooth. They are also checking out new varieties of food, especially canned food, which may be a new experience for them.
