Here's what the humans have to say about me:
The name Asha means hope. Just meeting this lovely spirit will give anyone hope for a brighter future for all dogs. Asha is a 3 year-old female Treeing Walker Coon Hound She spent several weeks at the local animal shelter before I pulled her. Her "happy tail" had bone sticking out of it and the end was broken off. It was one of the worst cases of happy tail I had ever seen. Asha came to my house scared and in pain. It was clear she had never been inside.
Jump to a week later..... Asha had her surgery today. She was spayed and her tail docked to prevent future issues with the "happy tail". Her home coming was a happy and joyful one. You can tell that she feels so very much better! Asha is about 50lbs. She is good with other dogs and cats too! She has quickly learned to use doggy doors and is well on her way to being house trained so that she can live inside with her people.
