Rosie and her siblings came from a family of 10 dogs. She is 6 years old and all she wants is a lap to sit in and have all your attention. Rosie is housetrained and stands 9 inches tall and weighs 13 pounds. They are housetrained and will go outside to potty but must have a fenced yard.
