My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Roscoe was found stuck underneath a fence. It was triple digits numbers in Bakersfield, and, we can only assume he was after water and shade. He is a precious boy though, so sweet and social. Loves to play and run and play. He is very curious and smart. He learned to play fetch quite quickly. We believe him to be a lab mix, especially because of his webbed paws. If you want an active puppy to adopt, this is your boy!
