Ziggy loves people, dogs, little dogs, cats, kids and of course water! ? He is a volunteer favorite that should have been adopted long ago. We use him to test dogs to see if they’re dog friendly! He’s that special! Ziggy has A LOT of FUN ENERGY!!!!! He is a stronger boy and will need someone who can hang on for the ride.
