My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gretchen (LR #19) is a beautiful, sweet, little black and white Border Collie Mix. She is a special-needs dog who came from the local VRHS Shelter in Marble, NC. She had been hit by a vehicle, breaking her pelvis and pushing her bladder outside of her body cavity. LDR had surgery done on her at the UT Vet School in Knoxville and they repaired as much of the damage as possible. She is incontinent and will have problems later due to the way the pelvis healed. But Gretchen is happy and likes to play with other dogs and roam in nearby woods. She will always have a good home with her foster Ron Stoessell at the Howling Wolf Cabin on the Little Easy.
