Here's what the humans have to say about me:
The previous owner relinquished this sweet boy to me when, honestly, she was overwhelmed with his behavior because (on top of her other responsibilities) this love-bug was doing what his ancestors were bred to do: wander and chase. For this reason, he needs an owner who can keep him on leash at all times when outside. (They are houdini's with enclosures.)
The vet said he appears about a year old. We got him started on flea and tick prevention and tested for heart worm. He appears healthy, but needs more shots, fixed and whatnot.
He appears part border terrier and part mini-pinscher. When you look up their breed characteristics, that is pretty much him. He is super-bright (personality & intelligence), appears highly trainable, has a sweet disposition, and has been good with kids, dogs, and even cats. He would probably be best to a home without:
• small kids (who might be too rough on him)
• cats (his ancestral breeds are unpredictable with cats)
