My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Samwise is a typical grouchy old Cattle Dog. He does well with older dogs and older kids. He needs to know who's in charge, but is a super sweet boy. He loves to give kisses and snuggle on the couch.

He has a bad knee that has no cartilage left so he will require pain meds the rest of his life. Because of this he only needs short walks and no long hikes or the normal crazy Cattle Dog exercise routine.

He would do best with someone that understands the breed and is able to keep his pain meds on a routine. He requires gabapentin and carprofen twice a day.
