My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Winnifred came to Hawaii Dog Foundation as part of a 60 dog rescue. She's been with us since April 2019. She weighs about 60lbs, is current on vaccinations, but not yet spayed due to being heartworm positive. She is currently undergoing treatment.

Winnifred arrived to HDF very shut down. She was uninterested in anything and even held her bodily functions for several days. It's been a slow road of rehabilitation, but she's already starting to come out of her shell. She will now walk on a leash, eat and drink in front of humans and even has started greeting her foster mom at the door with a bark and a tail wag.

We think Freddie's ideal home is free of small children due to her fear of humans. We also think her perfect world has at least one other dog in it.
