IDGSR WELCOMES SAMPSON INTO THE SAFETY OF THE RESCUE!!!!

Sampson is an approximately 3 1/2 year old male German Shepherd. He is really a well mannered boy. Sampson walks great on a leash and knows basic commands as well as some advanced. He can be a bit stand offish at first. However with proper introductions, patience and time, he will warm up. He does well with other dogs, and is very active. Sampson was surrendered due to his former owner being allergic and because Sampson was nervous around the new baby. As such, Sampson is best in a home with no small children. He will turn 4 in August and is looking for his forever home.

PLEASE READ. Regarding the application processing fee: IDGSR requires that all applicants submit a $20 non-refundable application processing fee. Please note that submitting an application and fee does not guarantee that you will be approved or guarantee the adoption of any specific dog, since that dog may have other applications being considered.
Each dog's adoption fee varies depending on the age of the dog.
$300 for any dog 1 year and younger (PUPPY)
$250 for any dog 1-6 years (YOUNG & ADULT)
$200 for any dog 7 years (ADULT SENIOR)
All our adoptable dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing, monthly preventative, and have been spayed or neutered.
Everyone must submit an application before an appointment is made to meet the dogs. Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
All dogs are fostered in TN unless stated otherwise.
