My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Logan is a super sweet little 10ish year-old boy. He has lovely red fur with an
interesting black under coat. He's working on getting his weight where it should be
at about 50 pounds. He's just gotten a clean bill of health and a dental. He's lost a few
teeth, but that doesn't stop him from eating. He nibbles at his food and has a gentle
mouth.

He rides well in the car and likes to have his front paws on the console so he can see
where we're going. He loves going on our walks. He gets excited when foster mom
walks towards the garage service door because he thinks that always means' We're
leaving.' He'll wait by the car door to see if we're driving or walking. He's fascinated
by all the rabbits in our neighborhood but totally ignored a cat we encountered on a
home visit. He is untested on small children

He's very smart: learned to sit pretty and give a paw for dinner and how to use the
dog door after watching his friends just one time and likes to consider whether it's
worth his while to come when called. Treats are always welcome.

He's completely housetrained and has had free-reign in the house from the
beginning, sleeps through the night and loves to bask in the sun. He will need a
secure fence. He's a little slow to warm to strangers, but his tail still wags all the
time.

Logan would do best with a family who will continue to build his confidence and
who will shower him with love.
